สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) นำโดยนายกสมาคมคนใหม่ คุณลอย จุน ฮาว ประกาศความร่วมมือกับ คณะกรรมการอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารอนาคต หอการค้าไทย เพื่อร่วมขับเคลื่อนโครงการ “12 ล้านมื้อเพื่อคนไทย”เปลี่ยนอาหารส่วนเกินจากงานแสดงสินค้าและกิจกรรมขนาดใหญ่ ให้กลายเป็นมื้ออาหารคุณภาพสำหรับผู้ขาดแคลนทั่วประเทศ

“อุตสาหกรรมงานแสดงสินค้าไม่เพียงขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจ แต่ยังสามารถเป็นต้นแบบของความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม เราควรใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า และเปลี่ยนอาหารส่วนเกินให้กลายเป็นโอกาส”— คุณลอย จุน ฮาว กล่าว

กิจกรรมแรกของความร่วมมือ เริ่มต้นในงาน Global Exhibitions Day 2025 เมื่อวันที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2568 ที่ SAMA Garden @ BITEC BURI โดยมีศูนย์แสดงสินค้าชั้นนำของประเทศเข้าร่วมส่งมอบอาหาร ได้แก่

คุณปนัดดา ก๋งม้า ผู้ประสานงานหลักของโครงการ กล่าวว่า

ขณะที่ ดร.วิศิษฐ์ ลิ้มลือชา ประธานคณะกรรมการอาหารแปรรูปและอาหารอนาคต หอการค้าไทย กล่าวเสริมว่า “เป้าหมาย 12 ล้านมื้อ คือเครื่องพิสูจน์ว่าอุตสาหกรรมอาหารและงานแสดงสินค้าไทย มีศักยภาพในการสร้างความเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงระบบ และขับเคลื่อนความมั่นคงทางอาหารของประเทศ”

Thai Exhibition Association joins the movement to reduce food waste from exhibitions through the “12 Million Meals for Thais” initiative.

Thai Exhibition Association (TEA), led by its newly appointed President, Mr. Loy Joon How, has officially announced a collaboration with the Processed Food and Future Food Committee of the Thai Chamber of Commerce to support the nationwide initiative “12 Million Meals for Thais.” This initiative aims to transform surplus food from exhibitions and large-scale events into quality meals for underserved communities across Thailand.

“The exhibition industry does more than drive economic growth—it can also serve as a model of social and environmental responsibility. This project enables us to use resources more efficiently and turn surplus food into meaningful opportunities.” said Mr. Loy Joon How, President of TEA.

The collaboration was kicked off during Global Exhibitions Day 2025 on 27 June 2025, held at SAMA Garden @ BITEC BURI, where leading exhibition venues in Thailand participated in food redistribution efforts, including:

Ms. Panadda Kongma, the project’s lead coordinator, noted:

การประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารชุดใหม่ครั้งแรก

เมื่อวันที่ 11 มิถุนายน 2568 สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) ได้จัดการประชุม คณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมฯ ชุดใหม่ครั้งแรก เพื่อหารือแนวทางการดำเนินงานของสมาคมในวาระปี 2568–2569 พร้อมทั้งร่วมกำหนดทิศทางในการพัฒนาและยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมการจัดแสดงสินค้าของไทยให้ก้าวหน้าและยั่งยืน

การประชุมครั้งนี้มีคณะกรรมการจากหลากหลายภาคส่วนเข้าร่วมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง โดยร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมอง วิสัยทัศน์ และข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อร่วมกันวางรากฐานที่มั่นคงให้กับสมาคมฯ ทั้งในด้านการสร้างเครือข่าย การยกระดับบุคลากร และการผลักดันมาตรฐานงานนิทรรศการไทยให้เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล

On 11 June 2025, Thai Exhibition Association held the first meeting of its newly appointed Executive Committee to discuss the Association’s strategic direction for the 2025–2026 term, and to collaboratively set the course for advancing and strengthening Thailand’s exhibition industry in a sustainable manner.

(Limited to 24 participants only)

🔹 Eligibility Criteria for Level 2 Examination

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

1. At least 1 year of work experience in MICE-related electrical technician roles,

starting from the date of receiving the Level 1 National Skill Standard Certificate

or

2. Achieved a minimum score of 80% in the Level 1 National Skill Standard test

ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค (BITEC)

สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) ขอแสดงความยินดีกับคณะกรรมการบริหารชุดใหม่

ซึ่งจะดำรงตำแหน่งในวาระปี 2568–2569 ดังนี้

📣 Announcement of the Executive Committee Election Results for 2024–2025

The Thai Exhibition Association (TEA) is pleased to announce the newly elected Executive Committee, following the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 22 May 2025, from 13:00 to 17:00 hrs at Meeting Room 224, Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC).

We extend our warm congratulations to the new leadership team for the 2025–2026 term

🎁 Extending Compassion from Thailand to Myanmar 🇲🇲

As part of the Friends of Myanmar initiative, dedicated volunteers gathered to pack donated relief supplies, which will be delivered to those affected by the recent earthquake in Myanmar. The donation efforts are being coordinated through the Myanmar Exhibition and Event Committee Association (MEECA) and the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI).

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to TEA members, industry partners, and members of the public who contributed their support and generosity.

Each box packed carries not only essential items—but also sincere care and solidarity from the people of Thailand.

💛 May these contributions provide comfort and hope during this challenging time.

Together, even small acts of kindness can create a powerful impact in a world that thrives on compassion.
