Ms. Panittha Buri President of Thai Exhibition Association (TEA), had the honor of attending the MICE Career Development Platform event. This event was organized by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) on September 13, 2023, at Meeting Room 210, 2nd Floor, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
The event began with a report by Ms. Orachorn Wongpan-ngam, the Director of MICE Capabilities Development Department, followed by the opening remarks by Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, Senior Vice President. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in a seminar, featuring expert speakers including Associate Professor, Dr. Siriwut Buranapin the Faculty of Business Administration, Chiang Mai University, Assistant Professor, Dr. Krittipat Pitchayadejanant | Associate Dean of Administration and Organization Development at International College, Burapha University and Ms. Thanyaporn Sawang, Zubscribe Co., Ltd.
Within the event, there is an activity to match and create job opportunities between MICE Student Chapter and entrepreneurs in the MICE industry. The association and some members have participated in the activity by setting up registration booths for students to apply for jobs. Additionally, participants can also utilize the MICE Career Platform website (micecareer.tceb.or.th), which serves as a central hub for providing information related to MICE career paths. This is aimed at developing a new generation of personnel who have the potential to become valuable assets in the MICE industry and future events.

เริ่มด้วยการกล่าวรายงานจาก คุณอรชร ว่องพรรณงาม ผู้อำนวยการ ฝ่ายพัฒนาศักยภาพอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ สสปน. ตามด้วยการกล่าวเปิดงานโดย คุณศุภวรรณ ตีระรัตน์ รองผู้อำนวยการ สสปน. พร้อมร่วมรับฟังสัมมนา ภายใต้หัวข้อ “เปิดโลกไมซ์ ทะยานสู่ความสำเร็จ” จากเหล่าวิทยากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญ

ภายในงานมีการจัดกิจกรรมจับคู่สร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ ระหว่าง นิสิต นักศึกษา ในเครือข่ายเยาวชนไมซ์ และผู้ประกอบการในธุรกิจไมซ์ ซึ่งสมาคมฯ และสมาชิกบางส่วนได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตั้งโต๊ะรับสมัครนิสิต นักศึกษาเข้าทำงาน นอกจากนี้ ยังสามารถใช้บริการผ่านเว็บไซต์ MICE Career Platform (micecareer.tceb.or.th) ที่จะเป็นศูนย์กลางการให้ข้อมูลด้านสายอาชีพไมซ์ เพื่อพัฒนาเครือข่ายบุคลากรรุ่นใหม่ที่จะเป็นแรงงาน และกำลังสำคัญที่มีศักยภาพสู่การเป็นผู้ประกอบการไมซ์และอีเวนต์ต่อไป
